Is there any software to install?No - there is no software required at all.
Will I be limited to using the system only from school?No - the system can be accessed from anywhere; we even have an emergency contact number for urgent messages.
How long does it take to set up?48 hours.
Is ParentCall available only to schools and colleges?No - ParentCall is available for use in any industry, from Retail to Corporate Business.

Can I be certain, all my information and correspondence is safe and secure?Absolutely - The system is protected by a SSL 128 bit certificate and data protection.
Are your staff members checked by the Police, as they are dealing with schools?All staff members are fully CRB checked and vetted. We are also registered with data protection.
What types of message can I send?You can send text messages to mobile phones, land lines* and email messages to anyone with an email account

Are there any hidden fees?No - Set-up and support is completely free of charge.
Can I send a message to every parent without having to re-type?Yes - Using our custom template system and insert-able tags, message sending is quick and easy.
Can I create custom-messages and groups of students, such as the Chess Club?Yes - Any message you send can be saved for future use. You can also create new groups and edit existing groups.
What if a parent changes their contact details?Simple - With one click, you can update contact information or add a new student.
Can I review the messages I have sent or received?Yes - You have the option to view them in the on-screen listing, or to produce historical reports for all correspondence.
How do I know the message has been received by the parent?On screen icons next to each message clearly indicate the current status.
How do parents reply to messages we send out?Either by replying directly to their SMS message, or by following the clear instructions in the email message.
What if two siblings attend the same school - will the message be repeated?No - The system will detect a repeated message. The second message is ignored.
Can both parents of each student receive a mesage?Yes - For each student you can specify up to 2 contact numbers and 2 email addresses.
