Our ParentCall team are here to help you with all the technical support you may need.
All calls to our Customer Service department are to your own appointed customer focused advisor. We don't operate an email support ticket system where you have to wait for someone to get back to you with your answer.
Customer support is available from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) with the facility to leave a message for any out of hours queries. This is offered both in and out of term time.
All our support is free and unlimited. This also applies to any extra or refresher training you may require. Over the phone training can be arranged as standard, or for larger groups, please call us to discus our on-site training options.
